How do I change or reset my Password?
Password Management
Password management is controlled via your access to the Partner Portal. Changing the profile and password details within the Partner Tool will not reset your access to the Partner Portal, so password changes must be made through the Conduit or Partner Portal.
Password Change
To change your password , log in to the Partner Portal, click the icon at the top right of the portal banner, and from the drop-down menu, select Edit Profile.
The profile details will load. Fill in the Current Password, New Password and Re-type your New Passord, click Update Password.
Password Reset (forgot password)
If you cannot access the Partner Portal to edit your profile. Navigate to the Partner Portal login page. Select Forgot Password.
Fill in the email address associated with the Portal and click Send Email.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click the Reset Password button. Fill in the required fields and proceed to login.
