My Database - Contacts Tab - Enter and Review a Contact

Updated at November 14th, 2024

Prerequisites

You must have access to the partner portal and the Partner Tools Portal. Please get in touch with the partner team to request access. When logged in to the partner portal, you can immediately see if you have access, as you will see the Partner Tools Menu Icon.

Contacts

Contacts are located in the My Database Tab of the Partner Tool. Select Contacts.

Once your contacts have loaded, select the "Create" button.

A new dialogue will show you the fields to enter. Depending on your settings, some fields may be required and denoted with an asterisk. The dialogue will not let you save a contact without the required fields. After you've entered basic contact information such as name, email, and phone, you can navigate through each of the tabs to enter supplementary information such as address, preferences, and more. Save the Contact Entry form after you have filled in the fields.

TIP:  As a best practice, you should enter the following information in the form.

  • Activity history, such as website pages visited, or emails opened.
