How Can I Review My Sales Funnel to See What Prospects I've Converted
Prerequisites
You must have access to the partner portal and the Partner Tools Portal. Please contact the partner team to request access. When logged in to the partner portal, you can immediately see if you have access, as you will see the Partner Tools Menu Icon.
Opportunities Summary
The Opportunities Summary Report will open.
- Lists New Opportunities and Accounts for the last 30 days
- Lists Total Opportunities and Accounts
- Lists Closed/Won Accounts
- Lists the Opportunity Conversion Ration, which divides the Closed Won Opportunities by the Total number of Opportunities in a percentage. X% of opportunities are won.
- Click Create Records to add Opportunities.
- Click Advanced Search to Create a search with advanced conditions (detailed below).
Fill in the details regarding the opportunity.
Select the Conditions to narrow the search.
Configure the notification settings and Click Finish, the filtered list will load
- Click to review Company Lists.
- Click View Report to load The Opportunity Report
Opportunity Report
Once you have clicked on View Report, step 8 above the Opportunity Report Panel loads.
- Your organization auto-populates in the first dropdown.
- In the second dropdown, select a user or All.
- From the Custom Range Dropdown, select from presets.
- Select a custom range and set the from and to dates using the calendar options.
- Click Generate to review your report.
The "Opportunity Activity Report" reports Opportunities based on the date the status was changed. This report can be sorted by daily, Weekly, or Monthly stats.
The "Amount-Wise Report" provides a bar chart with opportunities sorted by dollar volume.
The "Contact Report" shows funnel results from marketing activities directed to your contacts.
The "Won Opportunity Report" gives a donut chart for "won details," such as won due to "Price" or "Competition," and a breakdown of the "Market" for all Closed-Won Opportunities.
- Market Report - By Market shows a "Market" value chart for all Opportunities.
- Market Report - By Won shows a "Market" value chart for all Closed-Won.
- Market Report - By Loss shows a "Market" value chart for all Closed-Loss.
- Market Report - Velocity: Won shows a chart for "Market" value for all Closed-Won Opportunities with Velocity which is the number of days taken to close the Opportunity
- Market Report—Velocity: Loss—gives a donut chart breakdown of the "Market" value for all Closed-Loss Opportunities, with Velocity being the number of days it took to close the Opportunity.
- Market Report—By Value provides a chart showing the breakdown of "Market" value for all Opportunities and the amount associated with each market.
Need Help For Sales is the list of users who have lost the maximum number of opportunities (a maximum of 10 Users).
Need Help For Marketing is the list of users who have created or owned a minimum number of opportunities (a maximum of 10 Users).
The "Stage-Wise Report" and the “Stage Detail-Wise Report” chart on the right hand summarize opportunities by status: "Live," "Closed Won," "Closed Lost," and "Inactive." Clicking on the totals will open a subset of the opportunities related to the selection.
Finally, at the bottom of the report, you can also sort by opportunity status and view each opportunity based on your sort. Select the stage you want to view via the dropdown and click on the opportunity name to open the opportunity details.
