Disabling Grandstream HT802 Stutter Tone

The Grandstream HT802 device has a feature to play the stutter tone once the SIP server has a voicemail waiting for the extension it is programmed to. This KB describes brief information on how to disable the stutter tone feature while provisioned to our system.

1. The stutter tone will always play every time the phone is picked up as long as there's an existing voicemail.
2. Clearing the voicemail and making sure no remaining messages exist will stop the stutter tone from playing.
3. To check and manage voicemail from the analog phone, dial 5001 + VM PIN.
4.To disable the stutter tone completely, the voicemail service has to be disabled from the profile.
