Scope

This article outlines adding Microsoft Teams Phone to the trusted traffic list, which is a prerequisite to configuring Microsoft Teams. A complete list of prerequisites can be found in the Microsoft Teams Phone Connector PBX Configuration Steps.

1. Log in to Microsoft Admin Center
2. Navigate to Locations > Network Topology
   
3. Select "Trusted IPs" and click Add
   
4. Complete the following fields:
   1. IP Version: IPv4
   2. IP Address: 4.205.24.222
   3. Network Range: 32
   4. Description: Microsoft Teams Phone Connector Media IP
      
5. Click Apply
   
6. Complete the following fields:
   1. IP Version: IPv4
   2. IP Address: 20.151.228.58
   3. Network Range: 32
   4. Description: Microsoft Teams Phone Connector Media IP
      
7. Click Apply
   
8. Click Add again and complete the following fields
   1. IP Version: IPv4
   2. IP Address: 104.45.229.220
   3. Network Range: 32
   4. Description: Microsoft Teams Phone Connector SIP IP
      
9. Click Apply
   
10. Click Add again and complete the following fields
    1. IP Version: IPv4
    2. IP Address: 52.168.3.140
    3. Network Range: 32
    4. Description: Microsoft Teams Phone Connector SIP IP
       
11. Click Apply
