Failover Issue

Teams trunks will follow the DNS SRV record of sip.siplogin.ca and change registration when server maintenance has been initiated. If they do not return registration, it can cause some issues, as listed below.

Symptoms

Teams trunks are not supported using YOW as a fallback at this time, and it will create loops when calling in or out.

Fix

If you have the call looping issue on a Teams trunk, please set the proxy to core2-yyc.iplogin.ca, then save and resync.
Once the server has switched reservations call should be working as intended.
