Setup your Organization Profile

You must have access to the partner portal and the Partner Tools Portal. Please contact the partner team to request access. When logged in to the partner portal, you can immediately see if you have access, as you will see the Partner Tools Menu Icon. To update an Organization profile, click on your profile image or placeholder at the top right of the page and then select “View” in the organization section of the profile.
The Organization Profile page will load with the Organization Information Tab. Fill out the details and select a logo for the organization. Later, you can use this information to customize marketing assets, so spend a bit of time to ensure the information is appropriate to send to your clients when you use your organization's details to send out content. Save your changes.

Once you have filled in the organization information, move down the list by selecting the Organization Address. The Organization Address form will load. Enter your organization's address details. Save your changes.
Moving down the list again, Select Socail Information to enter the web addresses for your website and your social accounts, such as X, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Save your changes.
Next, move on to selecting the Type/Verticals. Here, you can check the verticals you will target with your marketing efforts. Save your changes.
- Move on to the next section by selecting Organization Color And Logo.
- Select your corporate colors by either using the color chooser or entering the RGB value.
- You can add or update your corporate logo by Clicking Add New Logo and using the browse function to select your logo file from your computer.
- Once you have made your selections, select Save.
Select the Preferences section to provide a URL for your privacy policy, and select from the drop-down options to set the cookie policy settings. Don't forget to save your changes.
Click on Assets. The final section lets you upload assets for your marketing efforts: documents, Videos, and Images to be used in outbound email communications or as handy assets to keep everyone on the same page regarding the communication materials related to your UCaaS business.
Click the upload button to add assets to your Partner Tools Organization for your users' use. This is also where you can search for existing assets.
