Advanced UC Softphone Desktop App - Calls Tab
Prerequisite:
- Advanced UC Softphone Credentials.
- The Advanced UC Softphone App installed on your computer.

Calls: This is where you can dial a phone number to make a call and view the history of all your calls. |

- The Calls tab allows you to view the history of all your incoming and outgoing calls. Click on the arrow icon to switch between displaying all calls and missed calls.
- Right-click on the call and select from the options:
- Select Dial to call.
- Select Copy number to store the number in the clipboard.
- Select Share contact. The Share Modal opens, enabling you to share with all users, share with selected users, or cancel sharing.
- Select multiple: This will change the call view, adding the ability to select all calls or the radio button associated with specific calls. Select the records you would like to delete. You can click on a particular date to select all entries.
- Delete call: To remove a call from history, right-click on the call entry and select Delete call.
Outgoing Call: There are several ways you can make an outgoing call from the desktop app:
- Right-click on a contact, chat or call in any of the tabs.
- Select Dial from the drop-down menu to make an audio call.
- Left-click on a contact, chat or call record to open a chat.
- Click the phone icon to initiate an audio call.
- Enter a contact's name or a phone number in the Search Bar.
