To copyyou'd' a specific message in a chat.

1. Long-tap on a message that you’d like to copy.
2.  On the top icon bar, press the copy icon.

To copy to a specific message in a chat:

1. Long-tap on a message that you’d like to copy.

2. In the pop-up menu, select the ‘Copy'you'dthe contacts or group chats you want to forward a message to menu item.

To reply to a specific message in a chat:

1. Long-tap on a message that you’d like to reply to.
2. In the top icon bar, press the reply to icon.

3. You'll see the message you're replying to at the bottom of the screen, right above the Text Area where you type your messages.
4. Type your reply in the text area at the bottom of the screen.
5.  Select the ‘Send Icon’ to send the message.

To reply to a specific message in a chat:

1. Long-tap on a message that you’d like to reply to.

2. In the pop-up menu, select the ‘Reply’ menu item.

3. At the bottom of the screen, right above the Text Area where you type your messages, you’ll see the message that you’re replying to.

4. Type your reply in the text area at the bottom of the screen.
   
    

5. Press the send text icon to send your reply.

To transfer a message to another colleague(s):

1. Long-tap on a message that you’d like to transfer.
2. In the top icon bar, press the forward icon.

3. Select contacts or group chats to which you want to forward a message.

To forward a single message to another user(s):

1. Long-tap on a message that you’d like to transfer.

2. In the pop-up menu, select the ‘Forward’ menu item.
3.  Select contacts or group chats to which you would like to transfer a message

To forward multiple messages to another user(s):

1. Long-tap on a message that you’d like to forward.

2. In the pop-up menu, select the ‘More’ menu item.

3. Tap on the forward messages icon.

4. Select contacts or group chats to which you would like to transfer a message.

To share a message with other applications:

1. Long-tap on a message that you'd like to share.

2. Tap on the menu icon at the top right corner of the screen and choose 'Share' from the dropdown menu.
3. Select an application you'd like to share a message with on your device.

You can choose the same application from the list and share a message with your colleagues who use it.

To share a message with other applications:

1. Long-tap on any message in a chat.

2. In the pop-up menu, select the ‘More’ menu item.

3. Select messages /photos /files /calls you would like to share.

4. Tap on an share icon.

5. Select an application on your device you’d like to share messages with.
