Accessing your Company Tickets Portal

The Company Tickets Portal is a feature that allows companies to view and manage the company's tickets while interacting with the UnitedCloud Team.

This feature appears in the messenger bubble at the bottom left of any Partner's portal. 

The messenger bubble appears only to clients through our great agent network and resellers ' scope, not to office managers.

 

 

 

Follow the steps below to access the Company Tickets Portal using the URL https://support.iplogin.ca/tickets-portal. You must do this process once or every time you clear the cookies. 

After that, you can access it as a Partner from your branded portal, and the integration will be transparent without any other actions.

 

1. Clear cookies (if accessed before)

If you have accessed another ticket portal, you must clear the cookies to remove the tracking code.

 

2. Log in portal.iplogin.ca

Because the system is integrated into the support.iplogin.ca domain, this is the crucial step in getting the correct credentials for future access.

Log in as your own user from the company at https://portal.iplogin.ca.

 

3. Log in your Company's portal

After successfully logging in to portal.iplogin.ca, you can log out or open a new window/tab and log in to your company's portal.

 

4. Check the messenger bubble

Once inside your own portal, you may open the messenger bubble and check for the company's tickets portal link:

 

Tickets and Users must be connected to the Company

Users will only see the Company's tickets if the ticket and the user is assigned to the Company.
